Our forces completed an operation to clear northern Nahal al-Saluki, which served as a major hub for launching explosive drones and firing at Israel. During the activity, more than 50 terrorists were killed and hundreds of terrorist infrastructure sites were destroyed. The objective was to remove the direct threat to the communities of the Upper Galilee and Metula.

Our forces from the 7th Brigade combat team and the Egoz Unit, under the command of the 36th Division, completed in recent days a complex operation to achieve operational control and clear the area of northern Nahal al-Saluki in southern Lebanon. The activity was carried out as part of the division's effort to strengthen control over the area and remove the threat to the communities of the Upper Galilee and Metula.

The cleared area was used by the terrorist organization Hezbollah as a strategic infrastructure base from which explosive drones were operated and high-trajectory fire was directed at IDF forces operating in the sector. Throughout the operation, the combat team worked in close coordination with the Air Force, which made it possible to destroy hundreds of terrorist infrastructure sites in the area.

During the fighting, more than 50 terrorists were killed. In addition, our forces searched the area and found extensive stockpiles of weapons, including explosive devices, anti-tank missiles, and anti-tank launchers.
