IDF forces struck Hezbollah terror infrastructure in Tyre and southern Lebanon

IDF forces struck Hezbollah terror infrastructure in Tyre and other areas in southern Lebanon over the past day, and killed terrorists. The focused activity is part of the ongoing effort to neutralize the terror threats facing the northern border.

In one of the strikes, a Hezbollah weapons stockpile was destroyed. Following the strike, intense secondary explosions were identified, clearly indicating the presence of a large quantity of weapons at the site.

In additional activity in the area, our forces located a booby-trapped warehouse containing Hezbollah explosive devices and destroyed it. At the same time, our forces continued to strike additional targets belonging to the organization, including infrastructure and terrorists in southern Lebanon, as part of the ongoing effort to remove threats near the northern border.
