IDF Strikes Hezbollah Infrastructure in Southern Lebanon Following Attack on Israeli Forces
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) carried out strikes yesterday against approximately ten Hezbollah facilities located in southern Lebanon, specifically in Bint Jbeil, Beit Yahoun, Kounin, and Barashit. According to the IDF, these sites were used by the terrorist organization to plan and facilitate attacks against Israeli soldiers operating in the security zone. The military action was a direct response to an earlier attack on Israeli forces. Additionally, during the night, the Israeli Air Force targeted Hezbollah operatives who were transporting weapons using a truck near the security zone.
