IDF Kills Hezbollah Terrorist Emerging From Underground Tunnel in Ali Tahar Ridge

Earlier on Thursday, forces from the IDF's Egoz unit under the command of Division 36 identified a Hezbollah terrorist emerging from an underground tunnel shaft in the Ali Tahar Ridge area, within the security zone where Israeli forces operate. The terrorist posed an immediate threat to IDF troops. Following the identification, the Israeli Air Force, guided by ground forces, struck and eliminated the terrorist to neutralize the danger. IDF forces continue to operate in the Ali Tahar Ridge area, preventing Hezbollah militants from exiting the underground infrastructure and moving freely in the ridge region. The IDF stated, "The IDF will continue to act to remove any threat to its forces and will not allow the Hezbollah terrorist organization to harm Israeli civilians."
