IDF Says Airstrikes Killed Six Hezbollah Operatives in Southern Lebanon
The IDF said its air force killed five Hezbollah operatives in the Zotar al-Sharqiya area of southern Lebanon. According to the military spokesperson, the men had threatened forces from the Golani Brigade combat team.
In a separate incident, the IDF said it killed another Hezbollah operative on the Ali Taher ridge in southern Lebanon. The spokesperson said that operative had posed a threat to the Commando Brigade.
The announcement said the two strikes together eliminated six Hezbollah militants in different areas of southern Lebanon. No further details were provided about the timing of the attacks or the identities of those killed.
