IDF Arrests Two Terrorists Planning Attack During Yom Kippur
During Yom Kippur, Israeli forces from the Duvdevan unit apprehended two terrorists in the village of Qabatiya who were planning an imminent attack, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced. The operation took place during the Jewish Day of Atonement.
In a separate operation, security forces mapped the home of a terrorist in the village of Biddu. This individual murdered Natanel Sharoni near the Ein Ri'ay spring before the holiday. During a brigade-level operation in the village, forces searched suspicious locations, interrogated 90 suspects, and discovered a hunting rifle.
The IDF stated that the arrests and operations are part of ongoing efforts to thwart terror threats in the region.
