Israeli Forces Thwart Terror Attacks During Yom Kippur Holiday

Israeli security forces conducted a series of operations across Judea and Samaria during the Yom Kippur holiday, thwarting potential terror attacks. In Kabatiya, soldiers from the Duvdevan unit arrested two members of the Menashe Brigade, who were reportedly planning an imminent armed assault. Concurrently, in the village of Biddu, within the Benjamin Brigade's area of responsibility, forces surrounded a terrorist's home, searched approximately 100 locations, interrogated 90 residents, and seized a hunting rifle. Further raids in Beit Ur al-Tahta by the Duvdevan unit uncovered a clandestine lathe used for weapon manufacturing, two Carlo submachine guns, and other weaponry. A paratrooper patrol in the Menashe Brigade's zone interrogated suspects, apprehended wanted individuals, and confiscated materials for explosive devices. Additionally, the Ephraim Brigade conducted raids in its sector, questioning over 80 people to prevent security threats. These actions highlight ongoing efforts to counter terrorist activity in the region.
