Palestinian Man Kills Cyclist in Tel Aviv After Stealing Car

A fatal car crash occurred near the Tzuk Beach in Tel Aviv on Thursday morning, September 17, when a 24-year-old Palestinian man, who had illegally entered Israel, allegedly stole a car and struck a cyclist.
