Israel Railways Announces Special Schedule for Sukkot Holiday

Israel Railways is implementing a special service plan for the upcoming Sukkot holiday, including the intermediate days (Chol HaMoed) and the final day (Asru Chag). The railway company will add trains on the evenings and nights of the holiday, with services operating on Friday and Saturday night schedules during these times. Frequency will be increased on the Haifa-Tel Aviv line, doubling service to two trains per hour instead of one. The Hadera East-Rosh HaAyin North line will also see enhanced service, with one train per hour in each direction. Similar adjustments will be made for the second holiday day. Night trains between Jerusalem Yitzhak Navon and Herzliya will operate throughout the week. Specific route extensions are also planned: train 8030 will extend its route from Tel Aviv Savidor Center to Haifa Markent HaShmona, departing from Be'er Sheva Center at 9:41 AM. Train 8037 will extend its route from Tel Aviv Savidor Center to Be'er Sheva Center, departing from Haifa Markent HaShmona at 2:02 PM. Israel Railways advises passengers to check the updated schedules and potential changes via their website, app, or customer service hotline. The company stated the special schedule aims to optimize train movement during the holiday period and wished passengers a safe and pleasant journey.
