Train Service Resumes Between Tel Aviv and Netanya After Power Line Repair
Train traffic between Tel Aviv and Netanya is gradually returning to normal following repairs to a damaged power line near Shfaim, Israel Railways announced Sunday morning, September 6. The disruption, which began overnight, occurred when a cable damaged the railway's contact network during infrastructure work by the Electric Company. Shuttle buses were provided for affected passengers. Israel Railways stated that repair crews worked through the night to fix the damage, and train service is now being restored incrementally.
