Train Service Disrupted Between Tel Aviv and Netanya Due to Power Grid Damage
Israel Railways announced a temporary halt to train services between Tel Aviv Savidor Central and Netanya stations on Tuesday. The disruption occurred when a cable damaged the overhead power lines powering the trains during infrastructure work by the Israel Electric Corporation near the community of Shefayim.
Railway crews are currently working to repair the damage, which is expected to be completed within the next few hours. Buses have been arranged to transport passengers between Tel Aviv Savidor Central, Herzliya, Beit Yehoshua, and Netanya stations.
Israel Railways advises passengers to consider alternative transportation methods during this period.
