Following a turbulent summer and the decision that former coach Eliran Hodeda would not return at this time, Ziv signed with the club and will work alongside Moti Krispil. In an interview with Sport 5, Ziv described the challenge and his approach to the role, explaining that after a less successful previous season and finding himself without a team in the National League, he accepted the offer from Ironi Tiberias.
