Five-Year-Old Found Unconscious After Being Left in Car in Lod
Emergency medical teams from United Hatzalah and Magen David Adom responded to a call on Tzemach Tzadik Street in Lod regarding a five-year-old boy found unconscious inside a vehicle. Paramedic Netanel Eitan and medics Aryeh Mendelzon and Itzik Mishkovsky reported that the child had been left in the car for an extended period. They provided initial medical assistance before the boy was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Magen David Adom teams administered advanced medical treatment and performed resuscitation efforts due to severe heatstroke symptoms. United Hatzalah emphasized the importance of safety precautions, urging the public never to leave children unattended in vehicles, even briefly, and to always check parked cars during hot summer days to ensure no children are left inside.
