Sara Netanyahu Sues Former PM Residence Employee Over Illegal Filming and Defamation

Sara Netanyahu, wife of the Prime Minister, has filed a lawsuit against Yechiel Ohev Ami, who served as an operations assistant at the Prime Minister's residence starting September 2025. This legal action follows a claim Ohev Ami filed last week accusing her of workplace harassment. In her lawsuit, Sara Netanyahu alleges that Ohev Ami illegally filmed the interior of the residence, fully aware that his actions violated the law and breached confidentiality agreements. The complaint describes his conduct as an intrusive violation of her private life, involving covert and forbidden filming within a secured government facility, theft of information, and its use as a tool for blackmail and defamation. Furthermore, the lawsuit states that after Ohev Ami was dismissed and his request to return to work was denied, he embarked on a "corrupt revenge campaign."
