Unidentified Body Found in Central Israel During Search for Missing Eldar Dayan

An unidentified decomposed body was discovered this Thursday morning amid police efforts to locate the missing Eldar Dayan. The remains will be sent to the National Institute of Forensic Medicine for identification and to determine the cause of death. The investigation into the case is ongoing. The search began early in the morning after the Dimona police station in the Southern District reported yesterday that all search operations and investigative leads had been exhausted. Subsequently, the Central District commander ordered that the missing person case of Eldar Dayan be transferred to the Central District's jurisdiction.
