The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Sunday the elimination of Shadi Abu Hatira, a central money changer for Hamas's military wing, in an airstrike in Gaza City. In addition to his role in money exchange, Abu Hatira was involved in trade within the Gaza Strip and managed the company "Gardena Professional," which reportedly facilitated his financial operations. The IDF asserted that Abu Hatira systematically violated the ceasefire, promoted terror attacks against Israeli soldiers and civilians, and worked to restore the terrorist organization's capabilities.
