Fatal Road Accidents Claim Multiple Lives Across Israel

A fatal car crash on Friday evening on Route 90 in the Jordan Valley claimed the life of a man in his 60s and left five others injured. The collision involved four vehicles, with emergency responders describing severe damage to all cars. Paramedics pronounced the man in his 60s dead at the scene after finding him unresponsive in one of the vehicles, which had veered off the road into a ditch. Two men, aged 60 and 40, sustained serious injuries, while a 30-year-old man suffered moderate injuries. Two additional individuals had minor injuries. All injured parties were transported to hospitals, with two airlifted by helicopter. This incident follows a series of fatal accidents in recent days. On Thursday, a 13-year-old boy died after being struck by a vehicle near Kiryat Bialik while playing with friends. He had reportedly run into the road for reasons yet unknown. Earlier in the week, a cyclist in his 30s was killed when hit by a truck on Route 4 near Zichron Yaakov. Additionally, a motorcyclist in his 60s died in a collision with a truck near the settlement of Nokdim in the Judean Hills.
