Fatal Road Accident in Northern Israel Claims One Life
A severe car crash occurred Sunday evening on Route 762 near Rekhasim in northern Israel, involving a head-on collision between two vehicles. Emergency medical personnel pronounced a man, approximately 30 years old, dead at the scene. A woman, around 40 years old, who was trapped in one of the vehicles and sustained severe injuries to her abdomen and lower limbs, was transported to Rambam Hospital in serious condition.
"This was a very serious car accident," stated MDA emergency medical responder Avi Boyar. "Two vehicles collided. In one of the cars, a woman in her 40s was trapped, suffering from abdominal and lower limb injuries."
Boyar continued, "In the second vehicle was a man in his 30s, suffering from very severe injuries. We performed medical checks, but he had no signs of life, and unfortunately, we had to pronounce him dead at the scene."
