Israeli Hiker Missing on Mount Olympus in Greece
A 46-year-old Israeli man, Ami Yogev, has been missing since Sunday after embarking on a hike in the Mount Olympus region of Greece. His family in Israel announced his disappearance on Tuesday, appealing for help from other Israeli hikers in the area to locate him.
Yogev reportedly began his trek from the Prionia parking area, heading up the mountain trail. The last contact with him was a photo sent to his mother, believed to have been taken after the second rest stop on the E4 trail. There are unconfirmed reports of him being sighted in the Kalakos area, but the identification is not certain at this stage.
