IDF and Shin Bet Eliminate Three Hamas Terrorists, Including Nukhba Commander
The Israeli military and Shin Bet security agency announced Saturday the elimination of three Hamas terrorists in Gaza, including a commander of the elite Nukhba force. The operation continued a series of targeted killings.
Among those eliminated was Yahya Hamdouna, identified as a terrorist in Hamas's military wing who infiltrated Israel during the October 7th massacre. Also killed were Muhammad Rafa'i, a terrorist in the Daraj Tuffah battalion who also participated in the October 7th attack, and a Nukhba commander from the Al-Bresh axis.
The IDF stated that these terrorists had been advancing terror plans against Israeli forces and civilians and were working to restore the terrorist organization's capabilities, systematically violating the ceasefire. The eliminations were carried out to remove the immediate threat.
Security forces remain deployed in the area according to the agreement and will continue to act to remove any immediate threats, the IDF added.
