News Director Killed in Cycling Accident Near Ramla
The "Kaan News" division of the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation announced on Saturday that Itzik Barashi, a director in the news division, died in a cycling accident earlier that morning. The accident occurred on Road 44, east of Ramla, near the Nesharim interchange.
"Kaan News" described Barashi as one of their most professional and talented directors, who joined the corporation near its establishment in 2018. He was noted for his professionalism and commitment to their broadcasts, both in routine times and during wartime.
