IDF Discovers and Destroys Hezbollah Rocket Launch Site in Southern Lebanon
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have uncovered and destroyed a Hezbollah observation post and rocket launch site in southern Lebanon. During searches, IDF forces from the 55th Brigade, operating under the 91st Division, discovered a Hezbollah observation post and a terror tunnel. Alongside these structures, they found ready-to-fire rocket launchers containing 32 rockets aimed at Israel.
These weapons were reportedly placed in the area before the current ceasefire agreement went into effect. The IDF forces subsequently destroyed the observation post, tunnel, and the rocket launch array. The discovery highlights ongoing threats from Hezbollah along Israel's northern border.
