IDF Discovers and Destroys Hezbollah Rocket Launchers in Southern Lebanon
The Israeli military (IDF) announced the discovery and destruction of a Hezbollah combat position in southern Lebanon, which included ready-to-fire rocket launchers aimed at Israel. The position, found by soldiers from the 55th Brigade Combat Team operating under the 91st Division within the security zone, contained a concrete bunker and launchers loaded with 32 rockets. These launchers were reportedly left in place before a ceasefire agreement took effect.
The IDF stated that it will not permit Hezbollah to harm Israeli citizens and will continue to act against threats while adhering to the ceasefire. The military released photos and videos of the discovered launchers.
