Police Officer Dragged by Car During Suspect's Escape Attempt
A police officer was injured and hospitalized after being dragged hundreds of meters by a fleeing suspect's vehicle in Rishon LeZion. The incident occurred overnight between Tuesday and Wednesday when officers from the Rishon LeZion police station responded to a gas station in the city center. Upon arrival, an investigating officer identified a suspect wanted for questioning. When the officer approached the suspect's car, he started driving despite her attempts to stop him.
