With the transfer window closing in two days, Hapoel is not expected to sign new players, but rather to trim the squad. Or Israelov may be loaned to Hapoel Petah Tikva. Conversely, Itay Shavit, who joined at the start of the window but hasn't played, is expected to stay until at least January, with club officials citing his talent and potential for future playing time.

Stav Turiel will miss the next game due to his suspension. Yanick Luyindula, who was registered but not for the derby, remains doubtful for Friday's match as he is not yet at full match fitness. Given Hapoel already has eight foreign players and is only registering seven, his inclusion is unlikely unless there's a specific need due to other players' absences.
