Three Arrested, Including Soldier, in Military Arms Trafficking Ring

Police announced Thursday the arrest of three individuals, including a soldier, suspected of involvement in a serious military arms trafficking case. The suspects are believed to have stolen three military weapons from the Israel Defense Forces and then trafficked them. The investigation, a joint effort between the Haifa District Police's Central Unit and the Military Police's Northern Region Central Unit, is ongoing, with no further details released regarding the specific weapons or the buyers.

Two of the arrested individuals, identified as civilians, appeared before the Haifa Magistrate's Court, which extended their detention for four days to allow investigators to gather evidence.
