Israel Weather Forecast: Heat Subsides Slightly on Thursday
Israel is expected to experience a slight decrease in temperatures on Thursday, September 10th, with the heat gradually receding. This cooling trend will be most noticeable in the mountainous and inland areas of the country. In most regions, temperatures will return to seasonal norms.
Highs on Thursday are predicted to reach 31°C in Jerusalem and Netanya, and 30°C in Tel Aviv and Haifa. Other cities will see varying temperatures, with Afula, Kiryat Gat, Beersheba, and Arad reaching highs of 34°C. The Jordan Valley cities of Tiberias and the Golan Heights location of Katzrin are forecast to hit 35°C and 36°C respectively. Further south, Eilat is expected to be the hottest location with a high of 39°C, while Ein Gedi near the Dead Sea will reach 36°C.
Overnight lows will range from 19°C in Kiryat Gat to 28°C in Eilat. The forecast indicates a general return to typical weather patterns for this time of year across the country.
