US Ambassador Visits Palestinian Village, Condemns Settler Violence
U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckaby, visited the Palestinian village of Turmus Ayya, located near Ramallah. During his visit, Huckaby met with Palestinian families, including those of Palestinian-American descent, whose relatives had reportedly been attacked by Israeli settlers. "A crime is a crime, terror is terror. Whoever is involved in it must be severely punished," Huckaby stated during the visit. Local authorities report that approximately 80% of the village's residents hold American citizenship.
