Man Dies in Single-Vehicle Crash in Southern Israel's Lahav Forest

A man, approximately 40 years old, died early Saturday morning in a single-vehicle accident in Israel's Lahav Forest, located in the southern part of the country. The crash occurred on an access road near the Lehavim interchange.

Emergency medical personnel arriving at the scene found the vehicle with severe damage on all sides, indicating it had likely overturned. The victim, aged around 40, was found outside the car with extensive, life-threatening injuries. Despite resuscitation efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another individual, a man in his mid-30s, sustained minor injuries in the incident. He received medical treatment from the Magen David Adom (MDA) team and was transported to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba, where his condition was described as light.

An MDA paramedic described the scene, stating, "We saw a vehicle with severe sheet metal damage on all sides, which had apparently overturned. Outside the vehicle lay a man, about 40 years old, suffering from severe multi-system trauma. He was unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing."
