Three Killed in Nazareth Shootings Within Hours; Police Investigate
Three people were shot and killed in Nazareth on the evening of Wednesday, September 2, within a span of approximately two and a half hours. The first incident occurred when 32-year-old Nour Nafaa and 20-year-old Nour Khalu were killed inside a vehicle. Later, a 27-year-old man died from gunshot wounds.
MADA emergency services received a report of the shooting of the first two men at 7:04 PM. Responding medics found both victims unconscious in a car, with no pulse or breathing, and pronounced them dead at the scene. Police launched an investigation and a search for suspects. Shortly thereafter, a burning vehicle was discovered near the crime scene. Police preliminarily assessed the double homicide as being related to criminal activity. The search for the perpetrators continued.
At 9:23 PM, MADA received a report of another shooting in Nazareth. This time, a 27-year-old man sustained severe gunshot wounds. Arriving paramedics found him unconscious, without a pulse or breathing. Despite their efforts, the severity of his injuries prevented his rescue. Police opened a separate investigation into this incident and began searching for suspects.
