New Poll Shows Major Shakeup in Israeli Political Landscape

A new poll conducted by Kan 11 reveals a significant shift in the Israeli political map, with the Likud party experiencing a notable decline in support. The "Yashar" party, led by Gadi Eisenkot, is currently leading with 24 mandates. The Likud party, headed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, has fallen to 21 mandates, while Naftali Bennett's "Bayit Yehudi" party has strengthened to 14 mandates.

In the right-wing bloc, Otzma Yehudit is projected to receive 7 mandates and the Religious Zionism party 5. Concurrently, a new party formed by Ofer Winter is emerging as a significant contender for votes, garnering 4 mandates. Other parties' projected results include: Democrats 9, Yisrael Beiteinu 8, United Torah Judaism 8, the Joint List 8, Shas 7, Ra'am 5, and Am Ech Yisrael 4. Parties such as Bayit Tziani, Blue and White, and Ardan are not expected to pass the electoral threshold.

A separate poll by Channel 14 presents a different picture. In this survey, Likud receives 31 mandates, Eisenkot's Yashar 24, and Bennett's Bayit Yehudi only 6. Otzma Yehudit, United Torah Judaism, and Yisrael Beiteinu each receive 7 mandates, while Religious Zionism and Am Ech Yisrael get 4.

According to Channel 14, the right-wing bloc would secure 63 mandates, compared to 45 for the left-wing bloc and 12 for Arab parties. Regarding suitability for prime minister, Netanyahu leads with 51% of the vote, compared to 35% for Eisenkot and 10% for Bennett.
