Two days after the incident outside the Radio 103FM studios, in which Mordechai David was documented lying on the hood of Eyal Berkovic's car while it was being driven, David was questioned under caution by police. Berkovic was also summoned to give his version, but at this stage he has not yet appeared for questioning.
Two days after the heated incident between radio host Eyal Berkovic and activist Mordechai David, C14 learned that the latter was questioned under caution by police as part of the examination of the circumstances of the event. During the questioning, David filed a complaint against the veteran host, claiming that, "If I had not been strong enough, I would have fallen onto the road and been run over." At the same time, Berkovic was also summoned to give his version to investigators, but as of now he has not yet appeared for questioning. Police sources say the reason for his failure to appear is a claim of personal constraints.

As recalled, the incident took place as part of another confrontation between the two. In footage published by David on social media, the activist is seen lying on the hood of Berkovic's car, while the host continues driving a short distance. During the video, David is heard saying, "Berko is blocked. That's it, we won."

This is a continuation of a publicized confrontation between the two. After a previous case in which his car was blocked, Berkovic was asked how he would act if he found himself in a similar situation again, and he replied: "Next time I will keep driving." Now, after the new footage was published, police will examine the circumstances of the incident and the conduct of those involved.
