Veteran Israeli Journalist Oren Nahari Laid to Rest in Petah Tikva
Oren Nahari, a prominent Israeli journalist and broadcaster, was buried on Thursday evening at the Menucha Nechona cemetery in Petah Tikva. Nahari, who passed away at the age of 70, was a familiar voice in foreign news coverage in Israel for over four decades. Prior to his death, Nahari shared a poignant message read by his close friend Arnon Shiran, reflecting on his unexpected passing and his unfulfilled dreams of becoming a grandfather. He expressed regret that he did not have the chance to share history, trivia, and great music with his grandchildren. In his farewell, Nahari also sent a heartfelt goodbye to his two sons, wishing them well personally and as a family.
