Jerusalem Court Frees Tal Yinon Dardik Without Restrictions
The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court ordered the release of Tal Yinon Dardik without any restrictive conditions. However, Dardik remains subject to a military order issued by Central Command Chief Avi Blot, which prohibits him from entering the West Bank except for the city of Modi'in Illit. In Modi'in Illit, he must report to the local police station twice daily. Dardik was suspected of involvement in attacks on Palestinians earlier this year, but authorities did not gather sufficient criminal evidence to prosecute him.
