IDF Central Command Chief Renews Administrative Restriction Against Settler Tal Yinon Dradik

Major General Avi Blot, commander of the IDF Central Command, has renewed the administrative restriction order against settler Tal Yinon Dradik. This decision was made despite Defense Minister Israel Katz's request not to extend the order. Under the renewed order, Dradik is banned from entering the West Bank and Samaria areas, except for the city of Modi'in Illit, where he must report twice daily. The authority to issue such administrative restriction orders in the West Bank lies solely with the Central Command chief, not the Defense Minister. The order renewal follows Katz's appeal to Blot to refrain from extending the restriction against Dradik.
