Administrator Order Violator Tal Yinon Dardik Arrested Until Trial End

Tal Yinon Dardik has been ordered arrested until the end of legal proceedings by the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court. The order follows his violation of an administrative order issued by the Central Command General, Avi Blot, which barred him from the West Bank. Dardik declared he would continue his fight against administrative orders and informed his family and lawyers that he would go to jail rather than cooperate.

"I will not cooperate with this draconian and offensive order," Dardik stated, adding, "This is a struggle against the persecution of dozens of settlers." He faces an indictment for violating the order after failing to report twice daily to the police station in Modi'in Illit as required.
