בית משפט השלום בירושלים האריך את מעצרו של טל ינון דרדיק עד לתום ההליכים המשפטיים, זאת בעקבות הפרה של צו מנהלי שהוצא נגדו על ידי אלוף פיקוד מרכז, אבי בלוט, האוסר עליו להיכנס ליהודה ושומרון. דרדיק, שהוגש נגדו כתב אישום בגין הפרת הצו, הודיע כי לא ישתף פעולה עם הצו המנהלי, אותו כינה "דרקוני ופוגעני", והצהיר כי הוא מוכן לשבת בכלא כחלק ממאבקו נגד צווים מנהליים. לדבריו, המאבק נועד למנוע "רדיפה של עשרות מתיישבים". דרדיק הפר את הצו בכך שלא התייצב פעמיים ביום לתחנת המשטרה במודיעין עילית כנדרש.
