Jerusalem Court Rejects Appeal to Extend Restriction Order on Suspected Nationalist Offender Tal Yinon Dardik
The Jerusalem District Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the Jerusalem District Prosecutor's Office and Central Command Chief Avi Blot regarding Tal Yinon Dardik, who is suspected of abusing Palestinians and involvement in nationalist crimes. Recently, the Defense Minister instructed not to extend the restriction order imposed on Dardik, which limits or revokes certain rights due to public safety concerns. This order was issued by Central Command based on recommendations from the Shin Bet security service. Both the Central Command Chief and the prosecution appealed to the court to maintain the order against Dardik. Meanwhile, a 48-hour stay of execution was granted, preventing Dardik's release for the time being.
