Administrative Detainee Tal Yinon Dardik Rearrested After Violating Restrictions

Tal Yinon Dardik, an administrative detainee whose case involved discussions with the Defense Minister, has been arrested again in northern Israel. He was apprehended after violating a restraining order five times by approaching the Samaria region, an area he is prohibited from entering. Dardik was released less than a month ago without any restrictions following a 38-day hunger strike. His previous release came after a legal battle against the administrative order issued by Central Command General Avi Bluth. At the time of his release, the judge criticized the conduct of the Judea and Samaria District Police in the proceedings.
