Released Detainee Arrested Again for Violating Restrictions
Tal Yinon Dardik, who was recently released from administrative detention after a 38-day hunger strike, has been arrested again in northern Israel. According to reports, Dardik is suspected of violating an order prohibiting him from approaching the Samaria region five times. He had been released unconditionally last month following his prolonged hunger strike against the administrative order issued by the Central Command General Avi Blot. At the time of his release, the judge had criticized the conduct of the Judea and Samaria District Police during the proceedings. Less than a month after his release, Dardik was apprehended once more, this time on suspicion of breaching the order that restricts his access to the Samaria area.
