Hamas Conditions Continued Disarmament Agreement on Israeli Ceasefire and Gaza Withdrawal

Hamas issued an official statement declaring that the fundamental condition for continuing the implementation of the disarmament agreement is an end to Israeli killings and hostilities. The organization emphasized that advancing to the second phase of the agreement depends on fulfilling all the terms of the first phase. According to the declaration, the inclusion of the heavy weapons issue in the agreement was contingent upon several conditions: cessation of hostilities, Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, the entry of an administrative committee, deployment of an international protection force, dismantling of militias, reconstruction of Gaza, establishment of an independent Palestinian state, and safeguarding of civilian rights.
