Mobileye announced it will seek a new CEO in collaboration with its controlling shareholder, Intel. Shashua, 66, will remain on Mobileye's board and has been offered the position of chairman. Shashua revolutionized the automotive industry by pioneering sensor technology for automatic emergency braking. He sold Mobileye to Intel and grew the company's valuation to over $30 billion before it later dropped to under $8 billion.
