Mobileye Founder Amnon Shashua Steps Down as CEO After 27 Years

Amnon Shashua, the founder and long-serving CEO of Mobileye, announced his resignation from the CEO position after leading the company for 27 years since its inception. He is expected to transition to the role of chairman of the board, while the company’s board has initiated a search for a new CEO. Safra Catz, Mobileye’s board chair, praised Shashua’s exceptional leadership and his pivotal role in shaping not only Mobileye but also the advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving industry.
