Israeli police detained a 90-year-old driver involved in an incident at Tomer Farm near the Gush Etzion junction. The suspect arrived at the location and began filming with a camera. After a verbal exchange with local residents, he got into his vehicle and lightly struck a teenager. When a local woman approached to inquire about the situation, the suspect drove off while she was holding onto the car, dragging her several meters. The woman sustained minor injuries. The suspect was arrested and his vehicle was impounded.
