Zack LeDay Leaves Milan, Set to Join Hapoel Tel Aviv Basketball Team

Zack LeDay, the 32-year-old forward, has officially parted ways with Olimpia Milano and is expected to sign with Hapoel Tel Aviv soon. LeDay, standing 2.02 meters tall, completed his contract with Milan after two seasons and is anticipated to receive around $3 million per season on a multi-year deal with the Israeli club.

In the most recent season with Milan, LeDay averaged 13.1 points per game, shooting 51.4% on two-pointers, 49.5% on three-pointers, and 82.4% from the free-throw line, along with 4.2 rebounds per game. He began his professional career in Israel with Gilboa/Galil during the 2017-2018 season, where he posted 19.3 points and 8.4 rebounds per game before moving on to EuroLeague teams including Olympiacos, Zalgiris, Partizan, and two stints with Milan.

Olimpia Milano expressed gratitude for LeDay's contributions, highlighting his role in the club's historic treble-winning season and their 2021 EuroLeague Final Four appearance. They praised his enthusiasm, leadership, and positive attitude throughout his three seasons with the team. Hapoel Tel Aviv is expected to announce his signing shortly.
