Border Police Officer Investigated and Placed Under House Arrest After Shooting at Qalandiya Checkpoint

The Police Investigations Department (Mahash) launched an urgent probe following a rare shooting incident at the Qalandiya checkpoint involving Border Police officers. During the event, two civilian security guards stationed at the checkpoint were shot and injured. The incident was immediately reported to Mahash, whose investigators arrived at the scene to collect evidence and clarify the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
