One Missing at Sea Off Ashkelon Coast After Two Rescued
Police and rescue teams are conducting extensive searches at sea and along the Ashkelon coastline following a report of a person suspected of drowning at Dalila Beach. Three individuals entered the water, and rescue forces managed to pull two of them out and transfer them for medical treatment. The third person remains missing.
Police forces from the Ashkelon station, along with additional emergency and rescue personnel, were dispatched to the scene immediately after the report. Search operations commenced in the sea and along the coastline in an effort to locate the missing individual. Police confirmed that the search operations are ongoing.
In light of the incident, the Israeli Police urged the public to adhere to the instructions of lifeguards and security forces and to avoid entering the sea at unmonitored beaches or during dangerous sea conditions.
