Netanyahu's US Visit Schedule Excludes Meeting with President Trump
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's upcoming visit to the United States will not include a meeting with President Donald Trump, according to a list of scheduled meetings released by the Prime Minister's Office. The office stated that the decision was made due to a tight schedule and the need for Netanyahu to return to Israel before the Sukkot holiday.
Instead, Netanyahu is slated to meet with the presidents of Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Panama, and Ethiopia. He will also meet with the vice president of Colombia and the prime ministers of Greece, Slovenia, and Papua New Guinea. The Prime Minister's Office explained that many world leaders had requested meetings with Netanyahu during his trip, but the limited time and the impending holiday meant he could only accommodate a portion of these requests.
