Infant Critical After Not Waking From Sleep in Beit Shemesh
Emergency rescue teams were dispatched to the Haredi neighborhood of Beit Shemesh following a report of an infant who had lost consciousness. According to paramedics Moshe Shechter, Asher, and Yaakov Yungreis, who are brothers and serve in the United Hatzalah's "Rescue Force" unit, the infant's family reported that he had not woken up from his sleep. The paramedics performed resuscitation efforts on the baby before he was transported to the hospital for further treatment. His condition has been described as critical.
