The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted a targeted strike in the Khan Younis area on Thursday, September 17th, eliminating Muhammad Suleiman Biyuk, a commander in Hamas's military wing. Biyuk was identified as a participant in the October 7th incursion into Israel.
According to the IDF, Biyuk had recently been involved in planting explosive devices throughout the Gaza Strip, intending to harm Israeli forces. He was also reportedly planning terrorist attacks against both IDF soldiers and Israeli civilians.
